1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Earn fly, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Accounts

Users must be 13 years of age or older to use this service.
One Account Policy: Users are allowed only ONE account per person and per household (IP address/Device). Multiple accounts will be banned immediately.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account password.

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will lead to account suspension and forfeiture of earnings:

Using VPN, Proxy, or TOR: Accessing our site or completing offers via any IP masking service is forbidden.
Emulators: Using emulators (Bluestacks, Nox, etc.) to complete mobile offers is prohibited.
Fake Information: Using fake names, addresses, or temporary emails.
Cheating: Attempting to exploit bugs, use bots, or automate offer completions.
Multi-Country Login: Accessing your account from multiple different countries in a short period (Flagged as fraud).

4. Earnings & Payments

Points are earned by completing tasks from third-party advertisers. We do not control the crediting of offers. If an offer does not credit, you must contact the offerwall support directly.

Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours.
We reserve the right to audit accounts before processing payments.
Earnings obtained through fraudulent means will be removed.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
